Site Works & Retaining Walls: Building has officially commenced, and all site works, including the installation of retaining walls, have been successfully completed. These foundational elements provide critical support for the structure and ensure long-term stability.

In-Ground Services & Slab Preparation: The installation of all in-ground services—including plumbing, electrical, and drainage—has now been completed. With this stage finalized, we have shifted our focus to internal slab preparation, ensuring that all necessary reinforcement and formwork are in place. Our team is systematically progressing through slab pours, maintaining a steady pace to align with the project timeline.

Panel Preparation & Placement: Concurrently, significant progress has been made on the precast panel fabrication and placement. Our team is working efficiently to prepare and position these structural elements, with an expected lift date scheduled for late April 2024. This marks a major milestone in the vertical construction phase and will define the building’s shape and form.
