Construction Update
Progress on-site is going well, with key milestones already achieved.
- Site Works & Retaining Walls: Construction has begun, and all site works, including retaining walls, are complete, ensuring structural stability.
- In-Ground Services & Slab Preparation: Plumbing, electrical, and drainage installations are finished. Slab preparation is underway, with reinforcement and formwork in place as slab pours progress steadily.
- Panel Preparation & Placement: Precast panel fabrication and placement are advancing efficiently, with lifting scheduled for late April 2024, marking a major step in vertical construction.
